History
In the late 1990s, RepairClinic.com’s president and co-founder Chris Hall had reached 10 years of running his successful home appliance repair business. He recognized that if the correct resources existed, many of his customers could repair their own appliances. He shared his idea with CEO and co-founder Larry Beach.
In March 1999, Chris, Larry and a passionate team with a strong belief in the brand laid a solid foundation that helped us grow from an unknown startup company to a trusted brand.

In August 2004, in order to accommodate our rapid growth, we built a new headquarters and moved our operation to the 60,000 sq. ft. building in Canton, Michigan. In 2007 we added another 12,000 square feet of office space and in 2010 we added 14,000 square feet of warehouse space bringing the total to 86,000 square feet. These expansions provided enough space to absorb our expansion in 2011 into outdoor power equipment parts. In August 2012, at the request of hundreds of Canadian do-it-yourselfers, we began shipping throughout Canada. In fall 2012, we expanded to include parts and repair help information for consumers to complete DIY heating & cooling equipment repairs.
